The Church is a mystery to most of us, maybe to everyone. I see theologians, as they call themselves, debate on FaceBook about these things. Well without taking time to explain, the church is not the Bride of Christ, which is revealed in Revelation 21. So the church is not a temple or a location, Nor is it female. It would not make sense to put a male head on a female body. Who can explain the body of Christ? If He is the head then how is it the body seems dysfunctional in the culture? Same in the homes, if Jesus is the head of the husbands how come the husbands are not running things according to the head? Has the Lord been removed from his own body?
Where is the church? Probably every town in America has a building with a sign that says CHURCH. Then the question arises, why are they there? What help is this building to the families and other people in the town? Except for those who go there regular, would it be missed if the church closed and the building removed?
