Minutemen United would like to take a moment to ask all of our members, readers and supporters to please pray and ask for guidance in this most difficult of moments for our nation; and more specifically for the souls in Newtown, Connecticut. The lives of these families and the community will forever be altered.
Losing a child is a parent’s worse nightmare, and the pain it inflicts is quite simply . . . unimaginable. A vacuum has been created that can never be filled and the dark silence that remains will forever beg for a young child’s voice, but to no avail.
Our hearts and prayers not only go out to these parents, relatives and close friends of the victims, but also to those unfortunate individuals and public officials that have just dealt with an incredibly horrific crime scene. We pray as well for guidance and wisdom for church and community leaders who will now have to make many critical decisions over the next days, months and years.
May the God of Abraham , Isaac and Jacob be the light that guides all of these troubled souls during these worst of times.. We faithfully trust that HE will provide for all whom are in need during their darkest hours.
In His Name,
Minutemen United
